- This condition is due to the signal alignment from the radio broadcaster. ADVISE the customer that the HD Radio® is functioning correctly.

- This condition is due to the transition between HD and analog. ADVISE the customer that the HD Radio® must have an available channel in order to output HD content.

- Sound dropout or channel unavailable in HD2 or HD3
