Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC): Removal

NOTE: If installing a new Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC), all vehicle keys are erased during the parameter reset procedure. Verify at least 2 of the vehicle keys are available prior to carrying out this procedure.

If installing a new IPC, upload the IPC configuration information to the scan tool. For additional information, refer to MODULE CONFIGURATION SYSTEM .
Tilt and telescope the steering column to the full downward and rearward position.
If equipped with a column shift, apply the parking brake and lower the gear shift to the lowest gear.
Remove the 2 screws and the IPC center finish panel.
- Release the gap hider retainers.

Remove the 4 screws and the IPC.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
