Removal and Installation

Remove the hood release retaining bolt.
Position aside the hood release assembly.
- Disconnect the hood release cable routing retainer.
Remove the 2 bumper cover-to-bumper bracket bolts.
- To install, tighten to 3 Nm (27 lb-in).
If equipped, disconnect the fog lamp electrical connectors.

NOTE: To assist with bumper alignment, mark the 4 bumper mounting nuts to the bumper bracket.

Remove the 4 front bumper nuts.
- To install, tighten to 115 Nm (85 lb-ft).
Remove the front bumper.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
