Turbocharger Oil Supply Tube RH: Installation

- 1.
Install the new turbocharger oil tube assembly O-ring seal. Lubricate the new turbocharger oil tube assembly O-ring seal with clean engine oil.
- 2.
Inspect the turbocharger oil supply tube-to-engine block fitting and replace as needed. Tighten to 42 Nm (31 lb-ft).
- 3. NOTE: Lubricate the cylinder block bore with clean engine oil.
Install the turbocharger oil tube assembly and install the turbocharger oil tube assembly lower bolt.
Tighten the turbocharger oil tube assembly lower bolt in the following 2 stages.
Stage 1: 71 lb.in (8 Nm)
Stage 2: 30°

Install the starter motor. REFER to: STARTER MOTOR .
- 5.
Install the turbocharger RH. REFER to: TURBOCHARGER - RH .
