Coolant Crossover Manifold Assembly - 3.5L GTDI: Installation

- Install new gaskets, position the coolant crossover manifold assembly and install the bolts finger tight.
- Tighten the bolts in 2 stages.
- Stage 1: Tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
- Stage 2: Tighten an additional 45 degrees.
- Install the LH rear intake manifold bolt.
- Tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
- Connect the heater hose and position the clamp.
