Modem - Antenna: Removal

NOTE: For vehicles with an in-dash computer, the customer must contact the internet service provider to re-activate the account after the modem-antenna has been replaced. The account must be re-activated before internet services can operate correctly.
  1. Turn the ignition to OFF.
  2. Remove the instrument panel upper bin.
    1. Remove the rubber mat.
    2. Remove the 2 screws.
    3. Remove the instrument panel upper bin.
  3. Remove the modem-antenna screw.
  4. Remove the modem-antenna.
    • Disconnect the electrical connector.
