Removal and Installation

- Lower the glove compartment completely.
- Disconnect the AM/FM antenna from the AM/FM antenna cable.
- Push the antenna cable end and the grommet through the side cowl.
- Remove the AM/FM antenna mast.
- Using a suitable tool such as a hook-shaped pick, remove the AM/FM antenna base cap by prying upward.
- Remove the RH front fender splash shield. For additional information, REFER to FRONT END BODY PANELS .
- Remove the 3 screws and the AM/FM antenna.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
NOTE:
A new AM/FM antenna base cap must be installed.
