Inspection and Verification

- Verify the customer concern.
- Visually inspect for obvious signs of electrical damage.VISUAL INSPECTION CHART
Electrical - Battery Junction Box (BJB) fuse 17 (30A)
- Body Control Module (BCM) fuse 37 (10A)
- Wiring, terminals or connectors
- If the fault is visually evident, correct the cause (if possible) before proceeding to the next step.
- If the cause is not visually evident, GO to SYMPTOM CHART .
