Seat - Rear, Crew Cab, 60 Percent: Installation

    NOTE: Before installation, make sure the safety belt webbing is not twisted and the safety belts and buckles are accessible to the occupants.
  1. Position the seat in the vehicle and raise the backrest and cushion but do not latch the backrest at this time.
  2. Install the outboard front seat bolt.
    • Tighten to 47 Nm (35 lb-ft).
  3. Install the inboard front seat bolt.
    • Tighten to 47 Nm (35 lb-ft).
  4. Lower the cushion and backrest and install the rear seat nut.
    • Tighten to 80 Nm (59 lb-ft).
  5. Install the safety belt retractor anchor and buckle through the seat cushion and install the nut.
    • Tighten to 80 Nm (59 lb-ft).
  6. If equipped with heated seats, connect the electrical connector.
  7. Raise and latch the backrest.
    • Slide the striker pin up/down and align to the backrest latch.
    • Make sure the backrest is fully latched.
  8. Install the 40 percent seat. For additional information, refer to SEAT - REAR, CREW CAB, 40 PERCENT  .
