All climate controlled seats are inoperative	Fuse Wiring, terminals or connectors MS-CAN communication fault DCSM HVAC module	VERIFY Battery Junction Box (BJB) fuse 69 (30A) is OK. If OK, CARRY OUT the network test using a scan tool and VERIFY network communication of the Front Controls Interface Module (FCIM) (if equipped with navigation system), HVAC module and DCSM. REFER to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK to diagnose a module communication or network concern. If OK, CARRY OUT the DCSM self-test and RETRIEVE any DTCs. If any DTC is present, REFER to the Dual Climate Controlled Seat Module (DCSM) DTC Chart . CHECK the climate control system for correct operation. REFER to CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM - GENERAL INFORMATION AND DIAGNOSTICS for diagnosis of the FCIM or climate control system. If OK, INSTALL a new DCSM. REFER to DUAL CLIMATE CONTROLLED SEAT MODULE (DCSM) .
A single climate controlled seat does not operate correctly - poor airflow or cooling/heating performance	Excessive sun load or extreme cabin temperatures Incorrectly installed Thermo-Electric Device (TED) or manifold Airflow blockage TED DCSM	GO to PINPOINT TEST K .
A single climate controlled seat is inoperative - switch indicators may or may not illuminate	Wiring, terminals or connectors HVAC module DCSM	GO to PINPOINT TEST L .

Both front heated seats only operate in one mode - only one indicator illuminates	Heated seat module	The heated seat module may have been auto-programmed for use with dual contact switches and requires a reset. CARRY OUT a heated seat module reset. REFER to HEATED SEAT MODULE RESET . TEST the system for normal operation.
