Wheel Speed Sensor Ring - Rear: Removal

  1. Remove the rear axle shaft. For additional information, REFER to REAR DRIVE AXLE/DIFFERENTIAL - FORD 8.8-INCH RING GEAR or REAR DRIVE AXLE/DIFFERENTIAL - FORD 9.75-INCH RING GEAR .
  2. Using a suitable driver, remove the wheel speed sensor ring from the axle shaft and discard the ring.
