Removal and Installation

- Remove the LH headlamp assembly. For additional information, REFER to EXTERIOR LIGHTING .
- Remove the LH inner fender splash shield. For additional information, REFER to FRONT END BODY PANELS .
- Disconnect the vacuum pump electrical connector.
- Disconnect the brake vacuum supply hose quick connect coupling. For additional information, REFER to FUEL SYSTEM - GENERAL INFORMATION .
- Remove the 2 brake vacuum pump nuts.
- To install, tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).
- Remove the brake vacuum pump.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
