Engine Oil Pressure (EOP) Switch: Installation

    All vehicles 

    NOTE: If the oil pressure switch is to be reused, apply thread sealant.

  1. Install the EOP switch.
    • Tighten in 2 stages.
      • Stage 1: Tighten to 14 Nm (124 lb-in).
      • Stage 2: Tighten an additional 180 degrees.
    • Connect the EOP switch electrical connector.

    2. 4x4 vehicles 

  2. Install the generator. Refer to GENERATOR -- 5.0L .
