Removal and Installation

With power windows 

1. Remove the window control switch. For additional information, refer to WINDOW CONTROL SWITCH .

   All vehicles 

2. Remove the door trim panel and watershield. For additional information, refer to INTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION .
3. Loosen the glass clamp nuts.
   • Temporarily install the window switch or window regulator handle, and lower the window to access the glass clamp nuts.
   • To install, tighten to 13 Nm (115 lb-in).

4. Remove the inner and outer belt line weatherstrips.

5. Remove the glass run bolt.
   • To install, tighten to 13 Nm (115 lb-in).

6. Remove the rear door window glass from the regulator channel by sliding the channel rearward, then position the rear door window glass in the bottom of the door.
7. Remove the window glass.
   • Remove the front edge of the window glass from the glass run.
   • Lift the window glass up through the belt line weatherstrip opening to remove from the door.
8. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
