Track Bar Bushing: Removal

  1. Remove the track bar. Refer to Track Bar .
    NOTE: To avoid damage to the components, do not use heat to aid track bar bushing removal.
  2. Discard the specified component. Follow local disposal regulations. Special Tool(s): Plate, Bearing/Oil Seal 205-090 (T75L-1165-B). Handle 205-153 (T80T-4000-W). Installer, Drive Pinion Bearing 205-488 (205-488). Installer, Needle Bearing 307-375 (307-375). General Equipment: Hydraulic Press.

    3. NOTE: Use clean shop rag.

  3. Visual check. Clean the specified component with the specified material.
