Extension Housing Gasket: Removal

  1. Remove the driveshaft. For additional information, refer to DRIVESHAFT .
  2. Remove the transmission support insulator. For additional information, refer to TRANSMISSION SUPPORT INSULATOR .
  3. Remove the 8 extension housing bolts and the extension housing.

  4. Remove and discard the O-ring seal from the extension housing.

  5. Remove and discard the rear bushing fluid feed seal.
