Possible Causes
- Communication network concern
- Rear parking aid camera configuration
- Rear parking aid camera
- APIM concern (vehicles with 8 in (203 mm) touchscreen)
- FCDIM concern (vehicles with 4.2 in (107 mm) display)
- BCM concern
Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-Checks
- Verify that the inoperative feature is enabled. Refer to the Owner's Literature.
- If the rear parking aid camera is not configured after replacement, some video functions will be inoperative. Verify the rear parking aid camera configuration using the diagnostic scan tool.
