Fuel Lines: Removal

Release the fuel system pressure. Refer to: Fuel System Pressure Release .
- 3.
Remove the battery tray. Refer to: Battery Tray .
- 4.
- Disconnect the fuel jumper tube-to-fuel injection pump spring lock coupling.
- Disconnect the EVAP vapor tube quick release coupling.
- Disconnect the fuel pressure sensor electrical connector.
- Disconnect the front brake tube fitting-to-middle brake tube fitting.
Torque: 133 lb.in (15 Nm)
- Detach the clip.
- 5.
Remove the crossmember support crossbrace.- Remove the crossmember support bracket-to-body bolts.
Torque: 35 lb.ft (47 Nm)
- Remove the crossmember support bracket nuts.
Torque: 35 lb.ft (47 Nm)
- Remove the crossmember support bracket-to-body bolts.
- 6.
Remove the RH crossmember support bracket.- 1.
Remove and discard the RH subframe rearward bolt.Torque:
Stage 1: 103 lb.ft (140 Nm)
Stage 2: 180 °

Remove the crossmember support bracket-to-body bolts.Torque: 46 lb.ft (62 Nm)

- 8.
- Disconnect the fuel supply tube and EVAP vapor tube quick release coupling. Refer to: Quick Release Coupling .
- Disconnect the middle brake tube fitting-to-rear brake tube fitting.
Torque: 133 lb.in (15 Nm)
