Normal Operation and Fault Conditions

When pressed, the active park assist switch provides a ground to the Parking Aid Module (PAM).

DTC FAULT TRIGGER CONDITION DESCRIPTION

DTC Description Fault Trigger Conditions
B129E:73 Enable/Disable Switch - Semi-Automatic Advanced Parallel Park: Actuator Stuck Closed A continuous and on-demand DTC  that sets when the active park assist switch signal circuit is shorted to ground, the normally open switch is stuck closed or the switch is pressed and held for more than 10 seconds.
