Compass Module: Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
  2. NOTE: Obtain the 3M Duramix 4747 Super Fast Adhesive commercially. The 3M Duramix Super Fast Adhesives is a 2-part adhesive in a 50 ml dual-tube applicator. The 3M Duramix 4747 Super Fast Adhesive sets in 20 seconds.

    Install the compass module using 3M Duramix 4747 Super Fast Adhesive to secure the Remote Functions Receiver (RFR) module to the headliner in approximately the same position and orientation on the headliner.
