Low Battery Charge Displays

The IPC  provides a low battery charge message center indicator and message center warning messages that indicate the high voltage battery state of charge is getting low or is depleted. The message center indicator resembles a battery and displays in 2 levels (amber or red) depending on the level of remaining battery charge.

The IPC  receives the low battery charge message from the GWM  over the Infotainment Controller Area Network (I-CAN). The GWM  receives the battery electrical performance status from the PCM  over the Electric Vehicle (EV) High Speed Controller Area Network (HS-CAN).
