Electronic Power Assist Steering (EPAS) System Displays

The IPC  provides a message center display to indicate there is an EPAS system concern. The IPC  receives the EPAS driver information display message from the BCM over the Medium Speed Controller Area Network (MS-CAN). The BCM  receives the EPAS driver information display message from the PSCM over the High Speed Controller Area Network (HS-CAN). When a fault exists in the EPAS, the PSCM sends a request to the IPC  to display the power steering malfunction message.
