Stability-Traction Control Indicator (Sliding Car Icon)

The stability-traction control indicator (sliding car icon) flashes when the vehicle stability-traction control is in active mode, and illuminates continuously if a fault condition exists in the stability-traction control system. The IPC  monitors the stability-traction control indicator request and either flashes the stability-traction control indicator (sliding car icon) or illuminates it steady depending on the condition.

The IPC  receives the stability-traction control indicator request message from the BCM  over the Medium Speed Controller Area Network (MS-CAN). The BCM  receives the stability-traction control indicator request message from the GWM  over the High Speed Controller Area Network (HS-CAN). The GWM  receives the stability-traction control indicator request from the ABS  module over the Electric Vehicle (EV) High Speed Controller Area Network (HS-CAN).
