Disassembly and Assembly

NOTE: 60 percent shown, 40 percent similar.
  1. Remove the seat. For additional information, refer to SEAT - REAR, CREW CAB .
  2. Remove the 60 percent or 40 percent cushion. For additional information, refer to SEAT CUSHION - REAR, CREW CAB .
  3. Using a suitable tool, remove the grocery bag hooks (if equipped).

  4. Release the cushion trim cover J-clip.
  5. NOTE: Use care when separating the cushion trim cover from the hook-and-loop strip, or the hook-and-loop strip can be torn from the cushion foam.

    Release the 2 cushion trim cover side hook-and-loop strips.

  6. Invert the seat cushion trim cover and release the hook-and-loop strips.
  7. Remove the hog rings.
  8. Remove the cushion trim cover from the cushion foam pad.
  9. Remove the cushion foam pad from the cushion frame.
  10. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
