- Remove the cooling fan drive assembly. For additional information, refer to Cooling Fan Drive Assembly - 6.7L in ACCESSORY DRIVE .
- Remove the vacuum pump bolts.
- To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
- Position the pump, then disconnect the vacuum outlet manifold hose and remove the pump.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Inspect the mating surfaces and clean the sealing surfaces with the specified material. Follow the directions on the packaging.
