| Description: | The PCM monitors the electronic throttle for the ability of the throttle plate to reach the lower mechanical stop position within a calibrated amount of time at ignition ON. This DTC sets when the throttle plate does not reach the lower mechanical stop position within a calibrated amount of time. | ||
