SYMPTOM DESCRIPTION - SEATING - POWER-FOLD

Condition Possible Sources Actions
The third row power seat head restraint does not release and fold down correctly when the seat is moved
  • Seat backrest cover or backrest foam pad incorrectly installed
  • Head restraint cable out of adjustment
  • Head restraint assembly
GO to PINPOINT TEST I .
All other third row power seat concerns
  • Fuse(s)
  • Wiring, terminals or connectors
  • Seat control switch
  • Third row power seat relay
  • Power-stow seat motor
  • Power-fold seat motor
  • Latch
  • PFSM 
REFER to PRELIMINARY INSPECTION .
