Thermal Bypass Valve - 3.5L Ti-VCT, 3.7L Ti-VCT: Installation

- Torque: 9 Nm (80 lb-in).
- Torque: 30 Nm (22 lb-ft).
Install the ACL assembly. REFER to INTAKE AIR SYSTEM COMPONENTS - EXPLODED VIEW .
Fill the transmission with Motorcraft® MERCON® LV Automatic Transmission Fluid and verify correct operation. REFER to TRANSMISSION FLUID LEVEL CHECK .
