Fuel Conditioning Module - 6.7L Diesel: Disassembly

  1. Remove the drain plug.
  2. Remove the water-in-fuel sensor.
  3. NOTE: Depending on the amount of the O-ring seal swelling, removal of the fuel filter cover may be noisy and require some effort.

    Remove the fuel filter cover.

    • Remove the O-ring seal from the fuel conditioning module housing.
  4. Remove and discard the fuel filter and O-ring.
  5. Remove the 2 bolts, the 2 spacers and the fuel conditioning module housing.
