Fuel Conditioning Module - 6.7L Diesel: Assembly

  1. Install the fuel conditioning module housing, the 2 spacers and the 2 bolts.
    • Tighten to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).
  2. Lubricate the new O-ring seal with clean engine oil and install the new fuel filter.
  3. Install the O-ring seal on the fuel conditioning module housing and lubricate with clean engine oil.
  4. Install the filter cover.
    • Tighten the filter cover until it contacts the mechanical stops.
  5. Lubricate the O-ring seal with clean engine oil and install the water-in-fuel sensor.
    • Tighten to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).
  6. Lubricate the O-ring seal with clean engine oil and install the drain plug hand tight.
