Seat Backrest - 60 Percent: Disassembly

  1. Remove the 60 percent seat. Refer to SEAT .
  2. Remove the 60 percent backrest. Refer to SEAT BACKREST - 60 PERCENT .
  3. Remove the 60 percent backrest cover. Refer to SEAT BACKREST COVER - 60 PERCENT .
  4. Remove the backrest foam pad.
  5. Remove the safety belt retractor bolt.
    1. To install, tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).
  6. Remove the 2 safety belt guide bolts. Remove the safety belt guide and the safety belt retractor.
    1. To install, tighten to 48 Nm (35 lb-ft).
  7. Remove 3 screws and the hardback panel.
