Transmission Filler Tube - Diesel Engines: Removal

  1. Remove the upper engine oil level indicator tube. For additional information, refer to ENGINE - 6.7L DIESEL .
  2. Remove the exhaust downpipe. For additional information, refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM .
  3. Remove the transmission fluid level indicator.

  4. Remove the lower transmission fluid filler tube bolt, remove the transmission fluid filler tube and discard the O-ring seal.
