Transmission Case Bushing: Installation

  1. Clean the halfshaft bushing area of the transmission case.
  2. Assemble 307-664 and 205-153 T80T-4000-W and install a new bushing on 307-664.

  3. Using 307-664 and 205-153 T80T-4000-W, install a new bushing in the transmission case.

  4. Install the new front LH  halfshaft seal. Refer to HALFSHAFT SEAL - LH .
  5. Install the drain plug.
    • 12 Nm (106 lb-in).
