Crankshaft Pulley: Removal

- With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING .
- Remove the cooling fan shroud. For additional information, refer to ENGINE COOLING - GASOLINE ENGINES .
- Rotate the tensioner clockwise and remove the accessory drive belt from the crankshaft pulley.
- Remove the crankshaft pulley bolt.
- Discard the crankshaft pulley bolt.
- Using the 3 Jaw Puller and Step Plate, remove the crankshaft pulley.
