Transmission Fluid Cooler: Installation

- Install the transmission fluid cooler into the retaining pockets.
- Install the 2 transmission fluid cooler screws.
- Install the transmission fluid cooler tube-to-fan shroud bolt.
- Connect the transmission cooler tube assemblies.
- Install both transmission fluid cooler tube quick connect secondary latches.
- Position the A/C condenser back and install the 2 nuts.
- Install the lower radiator sight shield and 13 screws.
- Position the underbody shield and install the 3 bolts.
- Install the 2 A/C condenser bolts.
- Install the upper radiator support brackets and 4 bolts.
- Connect the cooling fan electrical connector.
- Position the degas bottle and install the 2 bolts.
- Install the Air Cleaner (ACL) assembly, the ACL outlet pipe and the ACL inlet pipe. Refer to INTAKE AIR DISTRIBUTION & FILTERING .
- Install the upper air deflector and 8 pin-type retainers.
- Fill the transmission with fluid and verify correct operation. Refer to TRANSMISSION FLUID LEVEL CHECK .
