Wiper Pivot Arm: Installation

Using a wire brush, clean the wiper pivot arm shaft.

Cycle and park the windshield wipers.
NOTE: New wiper pivot arms need to be installed as an assembly.

Install the 2 wiper pivot arms to the specified distance.

Install the 2 wiper pivot arm nuts.
- Tighten to 28 Nm (21 lb-ft).
Install the 2 wiper pivot arm nut covers.
