Pinpoint Test B: All Power Windows Are Inoperative

NOTE:
Use the correct probe adapter(s) when making measurements. Failure to use the correct probe adapter(s) may damage the connector.
- B1 CHECK VOLTAGE TO LH FRONT WINDOW CONTROL SWITCH
- Disconnect: LH Front Window Control Switch C566B (Crew Cab) or C537 (regular and SuperCab).
- Ignition ON.
- Measure the voltage between LH front window control switch and ground.
- For regular and SuperCab, measure the voltage between LH front window control switch C537-3, circuit CBP32 (GN/VT), harness side and ground.
- For Crew Cab, measure the voltage between LH front window control switch C566B-3, circuit CBP01 (BU), harness side and ground.
- Is the voltage greater than 10 volts?
- Yes : INSTALL a new LH front window control switch. REFER to WINDOW CONTROL SWITCH . TEST the system for normal operation.
- No : VERIFY BCM fuse 32 (15A) (regular and SuperCab) or circuit breaker 48 (30A) (Crew Cab) is OK. If OK, GO to PINPOINT TEST F to diagnose the accessory delay circuit. If not OK, REFER to the SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS to identify the possible causes of the circuit short. TEST the system for normal operation.
