Pinpoint Test

CHECK THE DOOR AND LIFGATE AJAR SWITCH INPUT OPERATION
1. Open and close the front doors and liftgate while checking the courtesy lamp operation.
Do the courtesy lamps operate correctly?
- Yes: GO to 2 .
- No:
  REFER to DIAGNOSTIC ROUTINE A : The Courtesy Lamps Do Not Illuminate With a Door Open,
  
  REFER to DIAGNOSTIC ROUTINE B : The Courtesy Lamps Do Not Illuminate With The Liftgate Open, or
  
  REFER to DIAGNOSTIC ROUTINE J : All The Courtesy Lamps Stay On Continuously.
CHECK THE VEHICLE SPEED OPERATION
1. Check the operation of the speedometer.
Does the speedometer operate correctly?
- Yes: ENABLE the auto-unlock feature. REFER to Auto-Unlock Programming .
- No: REFER to DIAGNOSTIC ROUTINE G : The Speedometer Is Inoperative.
