Handles, Locks, Latches and Entry Systems - with Intelligent Access (IA): Overview

The power lock/unlock feature locks or unlocks the doors upon a customer request from either door lock control switch in the vehicle, RKE transmitter, or keyless entry keypad. The power door locking system functions independently of ignition status or vehicle speed.

The IA feature allows easy locking and unlocking of the vehicle and opening the power liftgate without having to use a key.
