VERIFY WHETHER A MyKey® RESTRICTED KEY IS IN USE
1. Verify if a MyKey® restricted key is in use.
Is a MyKey® restricted key is in use?
- Yes: The system is operating correctly at this time. INFORM the customer of normal operation. REFER to the Owners Literature.
- No: GO to 2 .
CHECK THE DTCs FROM THE IPC SELF-TEST
1. Using a scan tool, perform the IPC self-test.
Are any DTCs recorded?
- Yes: For IPC DTCs , REFER to DTC CHART: INSTRUMENT PANEL CLUSTER (IPC) .
- No: GO to 3 .
CHECK THE DTCs FROM THE SOD-R AND SOD-L SELF-TESTS
1. Using a scan tool, perform the SOD-R and SOD-L self-tests.
Are any DTCs recorded?
- Yes: REFER to DTC Chart: Side Obstacle Detection Module - Left (SOD-L) and Side Obstacle Detection Module - Right (SOD-R) .
- No: GO to 4 .
CHECK THE MESSAGE CENTER FOR CORRECT OPERATION
1. Check the message center for correct operation while turning the BLIS® and CTA system off and on.
Does the message center operate correctly?
- Yes: The system is operating correctly at this time.
- No: REFER to DIAGNOSTIC ROUTINE AD : The Message Center Is Not Operating Correctly.
