Pinpoint Test

1. Review the DTCs  from the RFA module self-test.

Are any other DTCs present, besides U1000:00 or U3000:49? 

• Yes: REFER to DTC Chart: Remote Function Actuator (RFA) .
• No: GO to 2  .

1. Ignition ON.
2. Using a scan tool, clear the DTCs  and repeat the RFA module self-test.

Is DTC U3000:49 present? 

• Yes: INSTALL a new RFA module. REFER to Remote Function Actuator (RFA) Module .
• No: The system is operating correctly at this time. The circuit short has been repaired.
