Thermal Bypass Valve - 2.0L GTDI: Removal

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. REFER to JACKING AND LIFTING for lifting points.
Remove the ACL assembly. REFER to INTAKE AIR SYSTEM COMPONENTS - EXPLODED VIEW .
For component location and reference, refer to Figure.
