Safety Belt Buckle and Pretensioner: Installation

  1. Position the safety belt buckle and pretensioner and install the bolt.
    • Tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).
  2. Connect the electrical connector and attach the wiring harness pin-type retainer.
  3. Install the seat. REFER to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION - Seating - 1st Row .
  4. Check the active restraint system for correct operation. REFER to Functional Test - Safety Belt Buckle and Tongue .
