Thermostatic Expansion Valve: Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
    1. Install new O-ring seals and gasket seals.
    2. Add the correct amount of clean PAG oil. REFER to Refrigerant Oil Adding .
  2. Evacuate, leak test and charge the refrigerant system. REFER to Air Conditioning (AC) System Recovery, Evacuation, and Charging .
