Throttle Body - Spacer: Installation

- Install a new TB spacer gasket and the TB spacer and tighten the 4 lower bolts in 2 stages:
- Stage 1: Tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).
- Stage 2: Tighten an additional 90 degrees.
- Install the 2 upper TB spacer bolts in 2 stages:
- Stage 1: Tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).
- Stage 2: Tighten an additional 90 degrees.
- Install the PCV heated element and the 2 screws.
- Connect the EVAP canister purge valve quick connect coupling to the TB spacer. For additional information, refer to FUEL SYSTEM - GENERAL INFORMATION - GASOLINE AND DIESEL .
- Connect the PCV tube quick connect coupling to the TB spacer. For additional information, refer to FUEL SYSTEM - GENERAL INFORMATION - GASOLINE AND DIESEL .
- Install the TB. For additional information, refer to THROTTLE BODY .
