Front Suspension with Dana Model 60 Front Drive Axles

The front suspension system for the F-Super Duty F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-550 Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) uses a Dana model 60 driving type axle with radius arms to control lateral movement. The wheel knuckles are attached to the front axle with upper and lower ball joints and the system uses coil springs and shock absorbers. The F-Super Duty 4WD also incorporates a track bar to aid in vehicle stability.
