DTC P1793: Ignition Supply Malfunction

DTC P1793: IGNITION SUPPLY MALFUNCTION

Description:  The ignition switch position run (ISP-R) circuit is monitored for low and high voltage conditions. This DTC sets if the voltage drops below 7 volts or rises above 16 volts.
Possible Causes: 
  • ISP-R circuit short to voltage
  • ISP-R circuit short to ground
  • Battery or charging system concern
Diagnostic Aids: 
Application  Key On Engine Off  Key On Engine Running  Continuous Memory 
All GO to PINPOINT TEST B .
