The one-touch down feature is inoperative - Base	Window control switch	INSTALL a new LH window control switch. Refer to WINDOW CONTROL SWITCH .
The defrost system is inoperative - does not respond to voice command (if equipped)	Voice recognition system	VERIFY the rear window defrost operation using the instrument panel rear window defrost switch. If the rear window defrost is still inoperative, GO to PINPOINT TEST E . If the rear window defrost operates, REFER to PINPOINT TEST N (If equipped with Premium Plus) or REFER to PINPOINT TEST N (If equipped with Sony® Sound).
The defrost system is inoperative - does not respond to touchscreen command (if equipped)	Touchscreen	VERIFY the rear window defrost operation using the instrument panel rear window defrost switch. If the rear window defrost is still inoperative, GO to PINPOINT TEST E . If the rear window defrost operates, REFER to PINPOINT TEST AI (Premium Plus) or REFER to PINPOINT TEST L (Sony® Sound).
The defrost system is inoperative	Fuse(s) Rear window defrost relay Wiring, terminals or connectors Rear window defrost grid FCIM HVAC module	GO to PINPOINT TEST E .
The defrost system will not shut off automatically	Rear window defrost relay Wiring, terminals or connectors HVAC module	GO to PINPOINT TEST F .
