Seat Cushion - 60 Percent: Assembly

- Position the riser RH outer cover and install the 3 screws.
- Position the riser RH inner cover and install the 2 screws.
- Position the riser LH outer cover and install the 3 screws.
- Position the riser LH inner cover and install the 2 screws.
- Position the stationary foot cover and install the screw.
- Position the cushion frame to the riser and hand start the cushion frame yoke-to-riser bolt, cushion frame-to-riser bolt and the 3 cushion frame-to-riser nuts.
- Install the 3 cushion frame-to-riser nuts.
- Tighten to 23 Nm (17 lb-ft).
- Install the cushion frame-to-riser bolt.
- Tighten to 48 Nm (35 lb-ft).
- Install the cushion frame yoke-to-riser bolt.
- Tighten to 48 Nm (35 lb-ft).
- Install the 3 cushion frame-to-riser nuts.
- Position the inboard recliner and install the 3 inboard recliner-to-cushion frame bolts and the inboard recliner-to-cushion frame yoke bolt in the sequence shown in illustration.
- Attach the LH cable to the inboard recliner.
- Install the outboard recliner.
- Attach the inboard cable to the outboard recliner.
- Install the outboard recliner-to-cushion frame bolts.
- Tighten to 48 Nm (35 lb-ft).
- Attach the outboard cable to the outboard recliner.
- Install the 3 recliner cover screws.
- Position the hinge assembly and install the hinge assembly-to-cushion frame bolts.
- Tighten to 48 Nm (35 lb-ft).
- Install the outboard recliner outer cover.
- Feed the strap through the cover.
- Install the manual recline handle with the clip.
- Position the inboard recliner LH cover and install the pin-type retainer and screw.
- Install the inboard recliner RH cover.
- If equipped with deployable safety belts, install the safety belt buckle and inflator. REFER to SAFETY BELT BUCKLE AND INFLATOR - 2ND ROW, 60 PERCENT SEAT .
- Install the 60 percent backrest. Refer to SEAT BACKREST - 60 PERCENT .
- Install the 60 percent seat. Refer to SEAT .
