SYMPTOM DESCRIPTION - HANDLES, LOCKS, LATCHES AND ENTRY SYSTEMS - MECHANICAL

  • A door is difficult/does not open from the exterior door handle
  • Broken or binding linkage

  • Exterior door release handle sticks

  • Manual interior lock/unlock rod is inoperative
